You recognize this name from videos circulating everywhere right now, including one of Erin Wasson performing the Heimlich in Givenchy Couture. (click on photo to play from start) Featuring pole-fitness dancers and modern dancers, we had the pleasure of learning more about the sport while we shot at S Factor studios in NYC. You wouldnt know it, but its a MAJOR workout… we’re taking lessons to get in shape for Summer! xo MZ
